Step 1: Request FonePay Billing API from Your Bank

Businesses first need to request FonePay Billing API access from their bank.

Important note when requesting:

Tell the bank that you need the API for billing software / POS system integration*.*

This is important because:

Once approved, the bank will provide:

• Secret Key

1) Credit: Load once, use anywhere

2) Create your account in ai.blanxer.tech

3) Connect your Blanxer store (one-time)

To securely pull your store’s segments (delivered customers, inactive/abandoned orders):

1. In your browser, open app.blanxer.com and log in to your store.

2. Press Ctrl + Shift + I (or Right-click → Inspect) to open Developer Tools.

3. Go to Application (tab) → Local Storage → select your app.blanxer.com origin.

4. Copy these two values:

   • access token

   • storeId

5. In ai.blanxer.tech, go to Settings and paste the Access Code (access token) and Blanxer Store ID (storeId)

   

6. Save.

Note: Your order statuses in Blanxer must be accurate—only orders marked Delivered will appear as “Delivered Customers” in the Bulk SMS Tool.

4) Open the Bulk SMS plugin

1. In ai.blanxer.tech, open the BulkSMS plugin and click Use Plugin.

2. You’ll see two segments:

   • Delivered Customers → all customers with orders marked Delivered.

   • Inactive Orders (Abandoned) → customers who initiated but didn’t complete orders.

Filter further by Min LTV, Max LTV, City, or other available criteria to tighten your audience.

5) Compose your message

1. Click Compose SMS.

2. Write your message. Keep it clear and actionable.

3. Always add your Store Name at the end (branding + trust).

   • Example: “— Blanxer Supply”

     

4. Click Next to review.

Credit check happens automatically.

• If your credit is insufficient, you’ll see a notice to top up in app.blanxer.com → BlanxerSMS.

• If you have enough credit, you can proceed to send.

6) Send and track

• Hit Send to deliver the campaign to all filtered customers.

• You’ll see success/failure feedback. Keep an eye on delivery status and responses (if applicable).

• Segment smartly:

  • Delivered Customers: perfect for review requests, cross-sells, and loyalty offers.

  • Inactive/Abandoned: perfect for cart reminders, limited-time discounts, or FAQ links.

• Be concise: SMS is short-form. Put the value up front (offer/date/CTA).

• Identify yourself: Always end with your Store Name (required).

• Respect timing: Avoid late-night sends; stick to business hours.

• Mind the credits:

  • Standard English SMS: 160 characters = 1 credit; multi-part messages use 153 chars per part.

  • Unicode/Nepali or emojis: 70 characters = 1 credit; multi-part uses 67 chars per part.

  • Mixing a single emoji or Nepali character makes the whole SMS Unicode → fewer characters per credit.

• Compliance & consent: Send only to customers you have a legitimate relationship with. Honor opt-outs when requested.

  • Confirm order statuses in Blanxer (Delivered vs. Processing/Dispatched).

  • Re-check access token and storeId in ai.blanxer.tech → Settings.

  • Log out/in on both apps and refresh.

• Credit not detected?

• The Bearer token and Store ID are temporarily stored locally in the browser’s chrome.storage while the extension is running.

1. Create a Facebook Business Portfolio and Ad Account

Since the sales campaign requires a Business Account, you'll need to set up a Business Portfolio and an Ad Account:​ If you already have a business portfolio, you can skip this step.

• Create a Business Portfolio:

  

  • Go to Meta Business Suite and click on Create an account.

  • Log in with your personal Facebook account credentials.​

  • Enter your business details as prompted to set up your Business Portfolio.​

• Create a New Ad Account:

  • In your Business Portfolio, navigate to Settings.​

• Print Labels: After clicking 'Print Order', you will see the shipping labels that need to be printed. Print these labels and affix them to your packages.

  

• Send Packages: Once labeled, your packages are ready to be sent to Dash Logistics.

Important Note: If you print a shipping label before actually creating the order in Dash Logistics, the QR code on the label will display your Blanxer order number, not the Dash Logistics tracking number. It is essential to create the order in Dash Logistics first to ensure the label contains the correct tracking number necessary for Dash Logistics to deliver your packages.

Thank you for setting up Dash Logistics with Blanxer. You are now ready to streamline your logistics process efficiently.

Important Note:

If macOS restricts the installation:

Go to System Preferences > Privacy & Security.

Scroll down to the bottom of the window.

Look for an “Allow” button under the Security section.

Click Allow and Open Anyway to bypass restrictions.

Return to the installation and continue the process.

Step 1: Download the Printer Driver

1. Visit blanxersupply > Downloads page.

2. Download the driver for macOS.

Step 2: Connect the Thermal Printer

1. Plug in the printer to a power source.

2. Use the provided USB cable to connect the printer to your Mac.

Step 3: Install the Driver

1. Open the downloaded driver file.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

Step 4: Configure Printer Settings

1. Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.

2. Click the Add Printer button to add a new printer.

3. Select the RP3xx Series from the list.

4. Click Add to finalize the setup.

Step 5: Paper Setup

Note: If you’re printing using this print option, you’ll need to set the scaling to 70.

Note: If you’re printing using this dialog box, you can simply select "Scale to Fit" to paper, and your PC will automatically adjust it to fit the paper size.

What you need before you start

Have these documents ready for KYC verification inside Blanxer:

• Business Registration Certificate

• PAN Certificate

• Authorized signatory details (to sign the Blanxer agreement and upload in-dashboard)

Part 1 — Enable Fonepay QR in Blanxer (One-Time Setup)

1. Open Settings in your Blanxer dashboard
   Go to Settings → Business / Compliance and start KYC Verification.

2. Upload KYC documents

   • Registration Certificate

   • PAN Certificate

   • Any other details prompted in the form

     

3. Submit & wait for KYC approval
   Our team verifies your information. You’ll see status updates right inside the dashboard.

   

4. Apply for Blanxer QR Payment
   After KYC is approved, head to Settings → Payments → Blanxer QR (Fonepay) and click Apply.

   • We’ll initiate the terminal creation with our payment vendor.

   • No separate API key request is required from your side.

     

5. Activation & auto-integration
   Once approved, the Fonepay QR option appears automatically on your store’s checkout page—no code changes.

   

Part 2 — What your customers see at checkout

1. Add to Cart → Checkout
   The buyer adds products to cart and proceeds to checkout.

   

2. Choose “Fonepay QR”
   They select the Fonepay QR method.

3. QR displayed on screen
   A dynamic QR appears. The buyer can scan from any Fonepay-compatible wallet or mobile banking app.

   • Your business name is shown in their payment app.

4. Pay → Auto-confirmation
   After the buyer pays, the system auto-confirms the payment.

   • Order is created automatically (buyer doesn’t need to return to the site).

   • If BlanxerSMS is enabled, a confirmation SMS is sent instantly.

5. Merchant dashboard updates
   In your Blanxer dashboard, the order appears with payment status and full details for processing and dispatch.

Fees & plans

• Integration fee: Waived (vs. NPR 25,000 + VAT typically charged for direct Fonepay integration).

• Payment fee by plan:

  • Basic: 3.9%

  • Premium: 3.0%

  • Platinum: 2.75%

FAQs

Q: Is there any difference between integrating Fonepay directly vs. through Blanxer?
A: Functionally no. With Blanxer, the integration fee is waived and activation is faster. The customer still sees your business name in their payment app.

Q: Which wallets/banks work?
A: Any Fonepay-enabled wallet or mobile banking app that supports QR payments.

Q: How long does activation take?
A: After you complete KYC and apply in Settings → Payments, our team initiates terminal creation with the vendor. Activation follows once verification is done.

Q: Do customers have to return to the website after payment?
A: No. The order is auto-created as soon as the payment succeeds.

Q: Can I send confirmation messages?
A: Yes—enable BlanxerSMS to send automatic order confirmations.

First, log in to https://parcel.pathao.com/

Then, go to https://parcel.pathao.com/courier/developer-api

Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.

In the Blanxer Dashboard, go to Plugins - Pathao Parcel.

Enter Email, Password, Client Identifier, and Client Secret.

For Store ID: go to parcel.pathao.com → Stores → Copy Store Id.

Paste in Blanxer’s Plugin.

Now, in order for Pathao to send the delivery status notification about the delivery to Blanxer, you need to set up a webhook.

In Developer’s API: Click on Webhook integration in the right corner.

Add these:

1. Callback URL: https://api.blanxer.com/pathao

2. Secret: blanxer

3. Click on Update webhook request.

With these, you can create orders in Pathao Parcel in seconds.

Customers don't need to manually enter details in Pathao Parcel.

And, you can track the status and tracking of all orders directly from Blanxer.

Step 1 - Let's know about prerequisites

• First of all, you need to have pictures of all your products & variants in a folder

• All of the pictures must be in 1:1 aspect ratio (recommended size 1080x1080) so it will be a perfect fit on the website

• Secondly, to understand which image belongs to which product & variants, please name the picture file accordingly so it will be much easier for you to track

Step 2: Uploading your pictures to Blanxer

• Goto Media Management, click on + Folder and create a folder (e.g. Nov_30)

• The added folder will look like below, now click on that created folder

• You will see empty folder like this

• Now Drag and Drop all images from the folder we made in step 1

• After uploading completes it will look like below

• On Top Right, there will be a button named CSV Click on that button and download the CSV format of that folder

• CSV file will contain file_name and file_url as below

• This CSV is required for us to do bulk upload

Step 3 - Understanding bulk upload parameters

• Goto Products > Add Product > Bulk Upload

• Click on Download Sample CSV

• Sample CSV contains the following fields, lets's understand these field first

• product_name This field holds the name of the product

• variant if any product has a different variant(i.e. Color, Type, Brand....) we include that detail in this field, if you are confused will be clear in a later process.

• size similar to the variant this field will have Size value if the product has multiple size options available

• group when we have multiple variants & sizes for a product, there will be multiple rows in the Excel file for that same product. the group helps the system to understand that these multiple rows belong to the same product

• product_description detailed description for the product in HTML format

• price selling price of the product

• crossed_price marked price of the product

• your_buying_cost actual cost at which the product is purchased (for the purpose of net profit calculation)

• quantity how many products are there in inventory

• sku unique identifier for product helps you to identify products at inventory

• sell_after_out_of_stock will make the product never go out of stock on the website even if all listed quantity is sold out. possible value for this field is Y or N default is Y

• product_category name of categories the product belongs to can be multiply separated by / (eg. Chair/Sofa adding two categories to the product)

• status which states the product will be after immediate bulk upload. Possible values are Active and Draft defaults to Active

• image_1 .... image_5 for adding the image URL

• Required fields

  • product_namepriceimage_1

  • product_description must contain at least 20 character

  • if it is non-empty group field, either variant or the size field is also required

Step 4 - Creating a description for the product

• Visit description.blanxer.com

• Write down the description for the individual product as shown below

• Click on Show HTML Value and copy that HTML

• This HTML value is required to be added within the bulk product upload CSV file in product_description field

Step 5 - Creating categories ready for the products

• Goto Categories and add required categories as shown in the image below

• Remember the name of category as it is required to be added within bulk product upload CSV file in product_category field

Step 6 - Preparing CSV file with appropriate data

• Firstly open both CSV files upload sample and folder CSV

• add file_name column from folder CSV to product_name field and file_url to image_1 then CSV will look like below

• Now fill up other fields, after filling few fields CSV will look like the one below. Here I have added the name of the category as well that was created in Step 5

• Now add the description prepared in Step 4 to the CSV and the file will look like below

• At this point if we upload this CSV file we will have 4 products successfully uploaded. But let's say Premium Sofa and Serenity Seat products have different colors and sizes. Let's add that in CSV now. The file will look like below

• Here for Premium Sofa we have two variants and two sizes we added that accordingly. And added group values in each product containing variant and size. The group field says all rows having a similar group belong to the same product.

• Now for the final step let's clear out the empty row in between, which I just added for proper visibility. Then the final CSV looks like the below

• Here, I knowingly removed the image_1 field for the product Regal Retreat which is a required field. so that i can show you how failure to add a product will result

• Currently, I have no products

• Let's save the CSV and drag it to the bulk uploader now Products > Add Product > Bulk Upload

• YaY! You can see 3 products were added successfully but 1 was rejected as expected

• The system throws rejected files into another CSV for you to download

• Now let's save rejected uploads and see how the CSV looks

• You can see the rejected reason. Image 1 is required

• We can now fix that error and reupload the CSV to have the remaining products live.

Result Time

• Now 3 products have gone live

• 2 of the products have 4 - 4 variants as expected

• Luxe Lounge which we added 2 categories has 2 categories as expected as shown below

• Spent too much time with Dashboard. Now let's see products on the website, and how it looks

Note: if your product needs to have custom fields like custom image, or custom text you need to manually add that property to required products after bulk upload

To create Custom Navigation

• Goto Appearance

• Click on Components

• Edit Navigation and select Customized Navigation as shown in the image below

• You will be automatically redirected to Navigation Editor

• From Editor, you can ADD a new navigation item or ADD a dropdown item as shown in the image below

To create Custom Product Field,

• Navigate to the standard product add page and select the ✅ Show Advanced Settings option

• There you will see Custom Product Field, and select Image, Text, Date, or Time based on what is your requirement

• You can assign a label to each field, indicating how it will be displayed to the customer.

• Additionally, a field can be set as required, which indicates that customers must provide the corresponding details to purchase the product.

• The placeholder is a value that will be displayed to the user when the field is empty.
